NEXUS offers routine lab automation solutions to the research community. Implemented standard methods are:

We provide compound plates for assay validation from your own compound stock. We prepare dose-response curves in 384-well format, either as DMSO stock or as assay ready solutions in buffer/media of choice. Please us for more information about this service.

Our system for preparatory and routine work has the capacity to perform 192 plasmids in 75 minutes (1152 plasmids per 8 h). Both, purifications with solid-phase (mini-prep) or bead-based kits are available. Purification of genomic DNA can be implemented on request.

Additional standard routine lab automation solutions that have been implemented:

bacterial sub-library preparation
